Whats on at Celtic Unison, 23rd September.?

• TEAM COMPETITION • 
– 3/4 per team. 3 different levels
– 5 workouts throughout the day, per team
– 1 bike/run relay outside (video)
– 1 cardio course & 3 fitness racing events, indoors

-TEAM COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS-

Teams consist of two men and two women* and 150 teams compete across 3 divisions throughout the day in a minimum of 5 workouts, one will be outdoors: There is a level for everyone. (see skill requirements below).

TEAMS OF 3:
This option is for those teams who cannot find or lose a 4th team member for any reason.

*Teams can have 3 or 4 members, 2+1 or 2+2. Masters teams of 3 must have two 40+ & one 35+
Teams of 3 will have the same total workload & compete with the teams of 4.
The individual male/female on a team of 3 will have almost double the work load.

All teams members, excluding the ‘fitness’ division, must train at the same facility 50% of their time from June 1st to Sept 1st.

Masters must have two athletes 35+ & two 40+ on 23rd Sept. (teams of 3 must have two 40+)

Fitness division can be made up of a group from friends, workplaces, businesses, gyms, fitness centres, sports clubs.

DIVISION SKILL GUIDE

FITNESS DIVISION

No barbells or rig; run, row, burpees, wall balls, ski-ergs, sand bags, skipping, jumps, dumbells, kettlebells, tyre flips & more. Suitable for all levels & gyms

INTERMEDIATE DIVISION

At least one athlete with 55/35 kg snatch (male/female), one male with chest to bar pull ups, one female with chin over bar pull ups, two athletes with double unders, at least one athlete with rope climbs and at least one athlete with HSPU.

RX DIVISION

At least one athlete with 70/40 kg snatch (male/female) & one athlete with bar muscle ups pull ups, one person with ring muscle ups, two athletes with legless rope climbs and one athlete with 10” deficit HSPU.
